As you enter the property through the side gate, you'll find yourself in a lovely backyard complete with comfortable outdoor furniture and a cozy firepit with a bench, creating a wonderful space for gathering and enjoying the outdoors.
Continuing up the outdoor stairs, you'll reach the upstairs balcony, a true highlight of the property. The balcony is thoughtfully furnished with lounges, an outdoor table, and a BBQ, providing an ideal setting for al fresco dining or simply unwinding while taking in the fresh coastal breeze. With picturesque views of the lagoon and beach right from the balcony.
Inside:
Stepping inside the house, you'll be greeted by an open-plan layout encompassing the kitchen, lounge room, and dining area. The kitchen boasts a breakfast bar and island bench, offering ample space for preparing meals and engaging in lively conversations with your loved ones. The lounge room features a large TV and multiple games, ensuring there's never a dull moment during your stay.
Moving down the hallway, you'll find the bathroom, which includes a shower, sink, bath, and a separate toilet for convenience. Continuing further along, you'll discover the two bedrooms, each providing a comfortable and peaceful retreat for a good night's sleep.

Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.
