Overlooking the river and bushland thisfour bedroom home features approx 30m of water frontage. Rarely can a waterfront home in Sussex Inlet provide this amount of space and privacy.
Upstairs features three bedrooms, bathroom with shower & toilet,open living and dining space wrapping around the central kitchen, while large windows frame the exquisite water and bushland views.Downstairs there is a huge rumpus room plus a fourth bedroom with internal laundry with second shower and toilet. Spectacular dining area with BBQ looking out to the wharf!!

Great place to stay
Glenn - 10th May 2021Lagoon Riverside Retreat is a great place to go with a group of up to 8. 4 good sized bedrooms with comfy beds. Billiards table is great. Kitchen is well equipped. The wharf is fantastic. Neighborhood is quiet and the house is within easy walking distance to the town centre. We would definitely recommend this property. Thank you for an awesome weekend.

Cajetan - 14th August 2020Ideal house right next to the water. Rooms were spacious & clean. Beautiful covered area to sit and relax with a BBQ while the kids played / fished on the jetty. Close to shops. Will definitely be back :-)
