Welcome to Oceans Break, a stunning holiday rental located in the picturesque coastal town of Berrara. This spacious and inviting retreat offers four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests.
Things to note about the property:
- Linen and towels are not supplied (contact our office for the local linen hire company)
- Aircon and WIFI are available.
- No Garage Access
- No smoking inside the house
- Pets ARE allowed (Outside only)
Inside:
Upon entering Oceans Break, you will find three bedrooms to your left and forward, providing a tranquil and restful atmosphere for a good night's sleep. These tastefully decorated bedrooms are designed with your comfort in mind, ensuring a peaceful and rejuvenating stay.
To the right of the entrance, you'll discover an open-plan lounge room, dining area, and lounge. This expansive space features a smart TV and a cozy fireplace, perfect for relaxing evenings with family and friends. Adjacent to the dining table is the final bedroom, offering privacy and convenience.
Outside:
Continuing past the dining area, you'll find access to the backyard. Step outside to a spacious retreat that includes a BBQ area, outdoor dining table, and lounge. Enjoy al fresco meals, soak up the sunshine, or unwind with a good book while taking in the serene surroundings. The large-sized backyard provides ample space for recreational activities or simply lounging in the fresh air.
Oceans Break is equipped with air conditioning, ensuring your comfort during warm summer days or cooler evenings. It is important to note that while pets are welcome, they are to be kept outside only, as the rental is designed to maintain cleanliness and a pleasant environment indoors.
Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.

Anne - 6th February 2022Ocean Break is a lovely house suited to the needs of our family, married children with one baby grandchild. Very clean and comfortable. We found the open plan suited us and the outdoor area was very spacious. The bath mats, hand towels and hand wash were appreciated. The kitchen and pantry items, which we didn't need, were good to have, in case we needed extra. Location was handy to the beach and nice and quiet.

Great house, close to beach
Webbfamily - 4th October 2016Great House in a quiet street close to both Kirby's, and Berrara Beaches. Clean, modern, lots of space for families. Nice outdoor area with table, chairs and BBQ. Backyard is now fully fenced and will contain both the highest of jumping and smallest of squeezing dogs. ( trust me, we have one of each ) lots of parking in driveway for boats, cars etc. have stayed here several times and will stay again.
Stylish Beach House
Peterandfamily - 2nd February 2016Very comfortable, luxurious & fastidiously clean. 4 bedrooms & ensuite allowed our family of 5 to spread out. Aircon & free internet WiFi meant that we could enjoy creature comforts on both hot & rained-in days. We'll visit again for sure.
