This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house is metres away from the public boat ramp and a short stroll away from the beach and other amenities.

Things to note about the property:

  • King Sheets are supplied at this property but, towels and all other sheets are not (contact our office for the local linen hire company)
  • Aircon is available.
  • Garage Access is Available (1 Space for a small car/boat or jetski)
  • No smoking inside the house
  • No Pets allowed and No WIFI.
  • Slipway is located at the end of the street.

Inside
The house features three bedrooms, each with its own unique charm and character. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom and large walk-in robe. While the other two bedrooms have a comfortable queen and double bed perfect for relaxing in after a day at the beach.

The spacious and airy living room is perfect for relaxing with family and friends, with comfortable sofas and a large flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a delicious meal, including a stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. This house also has a second bathroom with a shower, laundry, and a separate toilet for convenience.

Outside
A BBQ is located under the back deck. The front balcony captures the morning sun, and you can watch the bird life and boats on the water.

Out the back, you'll find a deck area which is surrounded by luscious green foliage and is perfect for outdoor dining or lounging in the sun. Or enjoy a game of pool and some drinks around the old school bar.

Location
Bring your boat, jet skis or water sports because the boat ramp is at the end of the street, you’ll enjoy your day on the water hassle free. A short drive away from all the attractions and amenities of the surrounding area including restaurants, shops, and parks you'll find everything you need within easy reach.

Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.
