Sit back and relax in three bedroom 'Silversands Cottage' holiday home by the sea. Put your feet up on the front deck with a cool drink and catch up on all that reading you have been meaning to do or watch the ocean world at play. Situated in quiet Berrara, directly across the road from Berrara Cove, this home is in a perfect part of the world. You and the family will love the freedom and carefree lifestyle that this unique property has to offer. In winter, the house is warm and cozy, with Gas heating. - Property is not fully fenced -No wifi -Mobile reception is unreliable in Berrara (we like it that way!!!)

Upon booking with we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.

Hidden gem
JENNY - 17th March 2021Great little house, open plan living, big veranda to enjoy an afternoon aperitif, easy access to the rock pools and the beach and also a short walk around the beach to the inlet. I would definitely recommend this property and can’t wait to get back there again

Litia - 5th February 2021Property Manager Kerry was brilliant in dealing with. She made our booking very easy. Check in instructions were super detailed and helpful. The beach house was clean, great value for money and great location. The property is exactly the same as shown in the pictures and just across from the beach. We could not have asked for a better location. Overall a wonderful place, we would stay here again easily!!

Beach Access
Paul - 27th January 2020This little beach house is perfectly located right across the road from the steps that lead to Berrara Beach. Most of the so called "beach front" cabins next door are much higher than the beach itself, meaning to get to the beach they need to walk hundreds of metres first - past this house - and then on to the beach. Plenty of room, lovely deck and BBQ, private outdoor shower around the back. Comfy beds (not soft, ill admit but the wife loved it). In short, a BEACH HOUSE. Only problem was no air conditioning, but then maybe that's on purpose... we just opened all the windows and doors and had a lovely sea breeze through the place 24 hours adding to the beach house flavour. Oh and.. need mobile reception or internet? Berrara is not the place for you. If you care about easy access to Berrara Beach then this is your beauty.
