Welcome to Silversands Beach House, a charming holiday rental located in the picturesque town of Berrara. This delightful retreat offers a comfortable and inviting atmosphere, perfect for families or groups of friends seeking a relaxing beach getaway.
Things to note about the property:
- Linen and towels are not supplied (contact our office for the local linen hire company)
- Aircon and WIFI are available.

Inside:
As you step inside Silversands Beach House, you'll enter through the backdoor, which leads you into a laundry area. Continuing forward, you'll find yourself in a corridor, with two bedrooms on the left side. These bedrooms are to provide a cozy sanctuary for a good night's sleep.
On the right side of the corridor, you'll discover an open plan layout that encompasses the kitchen, lounge room, and dining area. This bright and airy space is ideal for socialising, entertaining, or simply unwinding after a day of beachside adventures. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, allowing you to prepare delicious meals with ease. The comfortable lounge area provides ample seating for everyone to gather and enjoy quality time together, while the adjacent dining table offers a cozy spot to enjoy meals or play games.
Continuing around the kitchen bench, you'll reach the third bedroom, which offers additional privacy and tranquillity. Adjacent to this bedroom, you'll find a well-appointed bathroom, complete with modern fixtures and amenities for your convenience.
Outside
Outside, the backyard of Silversands Beach House boasts a spacious and lush grass area, perfect for outdoor activities, picnics, or simply lounging in the sun. It provides an expansive space for guests to enjoy the fresh air and natural surroundings. It's important to note that there is no fence or gate separating the backyard and the front yard, creating a seamless transition between the two areas. This open layout allows for a sense of unity and encourages guests to freely move between the front and back spaces, enjoying the entirety of the property. Additionally, you'll find an outdoor shower and a BBQ area, ensuring you can rinse off the sand and indulge in delicious grilled meals during your stay.
In the front yard, you'll find a bench and picnic table where you can relax and soak in the mesmerizing ocean views. It's the ideal spot for enjoying your morning coffee, indulging in a picnic, or simply basking in the beauty of the surroundings.
Location
Silversands Beach House is conveniently located just a short walk away from Berrara Beach and the stunning lagoon. Whether you prefer swimming, sunbathing, or exploring the natural beauty of the area, you'll have easy access to these popular attractions.
Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.

Helga K - 29th October 2024My family getaway at Silversands was most enjoyable by all 3 generations of family coming together. The place comfortably accommodated us all. Easy access to the beach. The only complaint the kids had was wifi was hard to figure out and phone service was minimal, but it wouldn’t stop us from returning.

The beach house was clean, great value for money and great location. The property is exactly the same as shown in the pictures and just across from the beach. We could not have asked for a better location. Overall a wonderful place, we would stay here again easily!!

Beach Access
Paul - 27th January 2020This little beach house is perfectly located right across the road from the steps that lead to Berrara Beach. Most of the so called "beach front" cabins next door are much higher than the beach itself, meaning to get to the beach they need to walk hundreds of metres first - past this house - and then on to the beach. Plenty of room, lovely deck and BBQ, private outdoor shower around the back. Comfy beds (not soft, ill admit but the wife loved it). In short, a BEACH HOUSE. Only problem was no air conditioning, but then maybe that's on purpose... we just opened all the windows and doors and had a lovely sea breeze through the place 24 hours adding to the beach house flavour. Oh and.. need mobile reception or internet? Berrara is not the place for you. If you care about easy access to Berrara Beach then this is your beauty.
