Inside:
Sun n Sea boasts four bedrooms and two bathrooms, providing ample space for up to eleven guests. As you enter the property, you'll find yourself on the ground floor, where a world of entertainment awaits. To the right, there is a generously sized bedroom that doubles as a rumpus room, complete with a comfortable lounge area and a television. This room serves as an ideal hangout spot for kids, ensuring they have a place to unwind and enjoy their holiday. Conveniently, a bathroom is connected to this room, offering additional convenience and privacy.
Heading upstairs, you'll be greeted by a light-filled lounge room, creating a welcoming atmosphere for gatherings and relaxation. Adjacent to the lounge, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious dining room, encouraging shared meals and memorable conversations.
Continuing down the hallway to the right, you'll discover the final three bedrooms, each offering a comfortable haven for restful nights. These bedrooms ensure everyone has their own space to unwind and enjoy a peaceful sleep. Completing the upstairs layout is another well-appointed bathroom, ensuring convenience and comfort for all guests.
Outside and location
In the backyard you'll find outdoor furniture and a relaxing hammock. This outdoor space provides a perfect setting for alfresco dining, lazy afternoons under the sun, or simply enjoying the fresh coastal breeze.
For those seeking a breath of fresh air and stunning views, step past the dining room and onto the balcony. Here, you'll find a barbecue grill and outdoor furniture, perfect for savouring delicious meals while basking in the warmth of the sun or enjoying a mesmerizing sunset. Just down the rode from the beach, Sun n Sea are in a beautiful location.
Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.
