Things to note about the property:

  • Back house and Garage are not available for guest use (Space for a cars/boat or jetski out the front)
  • All bed linen is provided, towels are not (contact our office for the local linen hire company)
  • Aircon and WIFI are available.
  • No smoking inside the house
  • No Pets allowed.

Inside

Bedrooms 1 and 2, along with the bathroom, are located along the hallway from the lounge room, providing both privacy and convenience. Meanwhile, the third bedroom, situated across from the kitchen, offers direct access to the backyard and a delightful patio area.

Step outside onto the patio, where a large dining table invites you to share meals al fresco, complemented by the soothing ambiance of Swan Lake. An outdoor shower, sun chairs, and a barbecue enhance the outdoor experience, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and entertainment.

Upon booking we require a security deposit plus drivers licence & credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and card details are destroyed within two weeks.
