Things to note about the property:
- King Sheets are supplied at this property but, towels and all other sheets are not (contact our office for the local linen hire company)
- WIFI is available.
- Garage Access is Available (1 Space for a Car/boat or jetski)

Continuing down the hallway, you'll be drawn to bedroom number three, where beachy hues create a serene atmosphere. Conveniently adjacent is access to the laundry facilities, seamlessly blending utility with style. For the ultimate in privacy and convenience, continue further down the hallway to bedroom number four, complete with an ensuite bathroom. This coastal-inspired haven not only offers a luxurious retreat but also provides direct access to a charming side deck, allowing you to bask in the coastal breeze as you sip your morning coffee or stargaze at night.
Adjacent to bedroom number four is the first of two inviting lounge rooms, the perfect ambiance for relaxation and entertainment. As you journey forward, an open-plan layout unfolds before you, seamlessly combining a well-equipped kitchen featuring an island bench, a spacious dining area with a large dining table, and a second living space adorned with beachy furnishings. Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.
