The home offers two comfortable bedrooms, providing a place to unwind after a day exploring Berrara. A conveniently located bathroom services the bedrooms and the main living areas. Continue through to the kitchen and dining area, where you'll find everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. The adjoining dining space is a great spot to enjoy breakfast together or sit down for a relaxed family dinner.
The laundry is conveniently located off the kitchen and includes an additional toilet.

The location is hard to beat. From the property, it's just a five minute stroll to beautiful Berrara Beach and Berrara Lagoon. Spend your days swimming, relaxing on the sand, exploring the coastline or enjoying the peaceful natural surroundings.
The property is also only a short drive from local cafés and the nearby towns of Sussex Inlet and Cudmirrah, giving you easy access to shops, dining and everything else you need during your South Coast escape. Beach, bush, comfort and plenty of outdoor entertaining, Beach and Bush Getaway is the perfect place to slow down and enjoy Berrara.
Upon booking, we require a security deposit along with credit card details. Following your departure, the property will be inspected and, provided there are no issues, your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and account number. Your credit card details will be securely destroyed within two weeks.

Quant little cottage
Fiona D - 4th January 2025We have rented the property 4 years in a row and each time we have a great time. The house offers a huge deck out the back where you can relax and listen to the birds or watch the possums at night. And don’t forget the kangaroos that are freely hopping around.
Amazing Stay

We stayed here with family for 2 days and it was so refreshing, especially the backyard and the frontside had that extra space for our toddler to play. We enjoyed our holiday as we were seeking peaceful and lovely place. Thanks to the team for making our stay enjoyable.

Nice rustic place
DAWhite - 25th January 2021Nice little cottage well located to beaches and especially mountain bike tracks. Very quiet but needs a little extra care and at least one table that’s isn’t wobbly and proper storage of tools. The real estate agent should as a matter of courtesy let us know about the need for linen not hidden in email! B
Good but needs some tweeking
Beachgoer2018 - 30th January 2018Overall great place but ... stove was turned off at the fusebox and took a while to work this out. No kitchen plug. We brought supplementary pans etc because cooking implements still a little scarce. Cutlery: no serving spoon - minor but typical and irritating. More serious: Light over dining room table had been disconnected (no transformer) - why was this not checked and rectified? Had to call Hooker and arrange for an electrician to fix during our stay. We pay an admin fee, yet it seems that basic checks are not made between guests.

Brav - 26th January 2017First of all, a big thanks to the L J Hooker team every dealing we had with you was friendly and efficient. The quality of the staff was one of the reasons we chose Berrara, instead of Manyana, which we also looked at. We really liked the accommodation it had a kooky charm about it that was comfortable and inviting. Everything was clean. We liked being able to be less than 10 minutes walk from two gorgeous beaches! We had been to Berrara before, and really love Kirbys beach. The back patio where we could watch rainbow lorikeets in the morning and listen to kookaburras in the evening was a high point. Apart from that there was the beautiful silence, surrounded by majestic gums, that made 77 Berrara Rd such a wonderful tonic after a hectic year. Morning coffee on the patio was heavenly. We hope to stay longer next time!
