Welcome to "Bright and Breezy," a charming holiday house nestled in the beautiful town of Sussex Inlet. This spacious and well-appointed accommodation offers a perfect retreat for your holiday, with its four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and the capacity to comfortably accommodate up to nine guests.
Things to note about the property:
- Linen and towels are not supplied (contact our office for the local linen hire company)
- Aircon is available.
- Garage Access is Available (1 Space for a small car/boat or jetski)
- No smoking inside the house
- Pets ARE allowed (Outside only)
- No WIFI

As you go upstairs into the property, you'll be greeted by an inviting open-plan design that seamlessly combines the lounge room, dining area, and kitchen. The backyard of this holiday rental is truly a gem, featuring an outdoor dining table where you can gather for meals under the newly built pergola. Additionally, an outdoor shower is available for your convenience, allowing you to rinse off after a day of exploring the nearby beaches. The ample-sized backyard offers plenty of space for recreational activities or simply enjoying the fresh air.

Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.

Great family home
LKlob - 19th April 2021We spent a lovely 4 days at Sussex. Bright and Breezy was a great home for our family of 5 plus dog. Fully fenced spacious backyard. House was clean and comfortable. A perfect holiday house.
Nice House
AJ2021 - 1st March 2021All good ! Except minor issues with blinds and lounge cushions bit dirty. Please put cushion covers and wash after each use. Cleaners need pay more attention while cleaning lounge
Lots of room

Nice and breezy
Roberta - 2nd August 2020The house has an amazing value. Very clean, new, sunny and breezy, with comfy beds, great showers, nice bbq area and kitchen/living room. There were no towels, amenities, toilet paper, soap and linen. This is something that could be improved in the house. We had to ask the management about linen and towels but no one told us that we had to bring toilet paper and hand soap , so we arrived late and it was quite disappointing as air bnb houses usually provide few amenities to their guests. The house in general was very clean and tidy, the management was friendly, so we would definitely recommend and come back when we have a chance!! Thank you
