- Linen and towels are not supplied (contact our office for the local linen hire company)
- Aircon and WIFI are available.
- Garage is not Available (1 Space for a small car/boat or jetski)
- No smoking inside the house
- No Pets allowed.
- No Slipway Access (local boat ramp is minutes from the house)
Step into the entry, which leads to a well-appointed downstairs bathroom and the living and entertaining areas, all featuring picturesque views of the water canals. The first dining area, seating up to 4 people, is ideal as a children’s table and offers easy access to the outdoor spaces.
The galley-style kitchen, located at the heart of the home, is fully equipped with a gas cooktop, dishwasher, and ample bench space to make meal preparation a breeze. At the other end of the kitchen, the second dining area seats up to 6 guests, making it perfect for shared meals.
The adjoining living room boasts water views and a smart TV for entertainment. Step outside to a spacious outdoor dining area with a BBQ, where you can enjoy leisurely afternoon meals or your morning coffee while soaking in the peaceful surroundings. The backyard features a large, grassed area, perfect for relaxation or for children to play safely, as it is fully fenced. The third bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a single bed, along with ample cupboard space for storage. The property is ideally located, just a 10-minute walk from the town centre, where you can explore shops and cafes, and only a 3-minute drive from the local boat ramp, making it easy to launch your boat for a day on the water.

Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.
