Downstairs
As you step inside, you’ll be greeted by a family-friendly space perfect for relaxation and play. The first downstairs bedroom features a tri-bunk and trundle bed, making it perfect for children to settle into their own cozy retreat. A large, well-appointed bathroom sits next to this room, along with a laundry room for added convenience. Adjacent, you’ll find another bedroom with a queen bed, plus a private TV seating area, making it a cozy spot for grandparents or teenagers. Both downstairs bedrooms have direct access to the expansive grassed backyard, offering a seamless indoor-outdoor experience.

Upstairs
Ascend the stairs to the heart of the home, an airy, open-plan living area. The dining space comfortably seats up to 10 guests, ideal for shared meals and lively dinner parties. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances like a dishwasher, bean coffee machine, soda stream, and ice maker, has everything you need for preparing meals with ease. Adjacent to the dining space, the living room welcomes you with plush cushions, a gas fireplace, and a large smart TV with a sound bar. Bathed in natural light from the ceiling void above, this is the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach.

Off the main living area, you’ll find two additional bedrooms. The queen bedroom is comfortable and inviting, while the king bedroom offers beautiful ocean views, a large walk-in wardrobe, and an ensuite bathroom with a luxurious bathtub. An additional upstairs bathroom, with a shower and toilet, serves the queen bedroom and main living area.

Outdoors
Step out onto the expansive deck which runs along the entire back of the house, to experience the true magic of Frank and Coco’s. Complete with a built-in BBQ, sink, and small bar fridge, this space is perfect for alfresco dining and evening gatherings. Enjoy ocean views as you relax at the outdoor dining table or lounge seating area. Equipped with ceiling fans for warm days and a gas heater for cool nights, this space is perfect year-round.

The backyard is an outdoor oasis. With a large, grassy area, it’s perfect for a game of cricket or as a play space for the family dog. A charming herb garden brimming with fresh plants adds to the coastal charm, offering you a taste of the outdoors at every turn.

Location
Berrara is known for its pristine, unspoiled beaches, making it a perfect destination for beach lovers. Just a short walk or drive from Frank and Coco’s, Berrara Beach offers stunning white sands and crystal-clear waters, ideal for swimming, sunbathing, and surfing. Berrara Lagoon is nearby and provides a calm spot for kayaking or paddleboarding, especially suited to families with young children. For those who enjoy snorkelling, the protected rock pools along the shore reveal a colourful underwater world filled with marine life.

Cudmirrah Beach is another scenic option close by, offering excellent fishing spots and picturesque coastal walks that stretch along the shoreline. The beaches in this area are surrounded by natural bushland, so it’s common to spot kangaroos and native birds as you stroll through the sand dunes or along the trails. Frank and Coco's offers 2 beach chairs/table to use.

Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.
