Welcome to this charming holiday rental, perfect for two families, located in the idyllic coastal town of Sussex Inlet.
Things to note about the property:
- Linen and towels are not supplied (contact our office for the local linen hire company)
- Aircon and WIFI are NOT available. (ceiling fans recently installed)
- No Garage Access
- No smoking inside the house
- No Pets allowed.

Featuring four well-appointed bedrooms and two bathrooms, this house comfortably accommodates up to nine guests. The two bathrooms ensure convenience and privacy for all guests, allowing everyone to freshen up and unwind after a day of coastal adventures.

Take advantage of the inviting veranda, complete with outdoor chairs and a barbecue. This outdoor space is the ideal setting for al fresco dining or simply sipping your morning coffee as you bask in the coastal breeze.

This holiday house boasts a prime location, just a two-minute walk from the boat ramp and canal system. Whether you're an avid boater or simply enjoy being near the water, this proximity offers endless opportunities for fishing, boating, or leisurely exploring the picturesque canals of Sussex Inlet. Imagine spending your days cruising along the waterways, enjoying the beauty of nature and the tranquillity of the surroundings.
Additionally, our rental is conveniently located close to the town centre, providing easy access to local shops, cafes, takeaways, and even a brewery. Immerse yourself in the local community, browse through charming boutiques, savour delicious meals at nearby eateries, or indulge in a refreshing beverage at the brewery.
Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.

Great weekend getaway
Shellp - 7th February 2022This was the perfect house for our family, adult son and his partner plus 2 teenage boys. There was plenty of space for all of us to relax and enjoy, the area is beautiful.

Jennie - 22nd January 2022We loved this house, the only thing that would make it more perfect is air conditioning for the still and humid days/nights but the fans in all the rooms was great. In our opinion we think it would be perfect for two families with smaller children or for a shorter trip - in our case we have older teens and were here for 9 nights and it was perfect for 5 of us. The only other thing we’d note is the beds are all Queens now (this looks fairly recent) not just the main bedroom, so there are 3 queen beds and 3 single beds, we would definitely stay again as the house and location ticks all the boxes, thank you :)
Quiet, near river and convenience
SD - 19th December 2020Its big and comfortable place to stay. Plenty of hot water and ease of cooking simple meal. Convenient as its less than 10 mins walk from local shops (convenience store, pizza, cafes and fish and chips) and short drive to nearby beach. However, there maybe some insects in the house.

Markieboy - 5th November 2020Great property thst sleeps 9 comfortably & has everything you'd need, just like home. We only had 6 stay but could have just as comfortably had 9 with the bedding options & 2 bathrooms. Full kitchen, lounge & dining plus outdoor patio with table & BBQ. Big backyard if you have kids that want to run around & perfect location close to all local amenities. Handy contactless check in /out options & property manager quick & accommodating with communication. We would Definately stay here again when in sussex inlet again.
