As you step inside, you’ll be greeted by bright and airy open-plan living areas, designed with a modern coastal aesthetic. The lounge room is the perfect spot to unwind, featuring a plush lounge and two cozy bean bags, ideal for watching movies or sports on the large smart TV. The adjoining kitchen boasts expansive bench space and modern appliances, making meal preparation a breeze. The dining area, located just off the kitchen, comfortably seats up to six people, creating a welcoming space for shared meals. For year-round comfort, the open-plan area is equipped with a split system air conditioner for both cooling and heating.
A hallway off the kitchen leads to the three bedrooms, bathroom, and laundry. Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with plush cushions and stylish bedspreads, and all include ceiling fans for added cooling on warmer nights. The main bathroom features a shower and toilet, while the laundry offers a washing machine and the convenience of a separate second toilet.
The property seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living. Step outside from either the laundry or the third bedroom onto the covered back deck, where you’ll find an outdoor dining area perfect for enjoying meals in any weather. Adjacent to the deck is a large concrete slab, providing ample space to securely park your boats or cars. For added peace of mind, the driveway features an electronic gate for extra security
The Beach Bach is perfectly positioned for those who love the water. The local surf beach is just a 1-minute drive away, offering endless opportunities for swimming, surfing, and beachcombing. Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.

Steven S - 10th December 2025We stayed at the Beach Batch with my mother -in-law, my wife, my son and his girlfriend, and it was a fantastic place for all of us. The house was lovely and clean, with a very well-equipped kitchen and plenty of seating space both inside and outside, so everyone could relax comfortably together. It was incredibly peaceful and quiet, which made the stay even more enjoyable. We loved being able to simply walk across to the inlet for fishing and swimming, and having the surf beach just down the road – my son especially loved getting out there to surf. We enjoyed it so much that we have already booked again and are really looking forward to our stay in a few months. A well deserved 5 stars. Thanks, Steven
Boat and Family Weekender
Caoimhe B - 24th November 2025We absolutely loved our stay here. As boat owners, we really appreciated the plenty of space on the driveway to park the boat safely and easily. The backyard is a lovely area to sit back, relax, and enjoy a BBQ – perfect for unwinding after a day out on the water. The location is fantastic, peaceful and quiet, yet only a 25-min drive into Milton or Jervis Bay. The house itself is beautiful and incredibly well thought out. They really have covered everything – even down to board games, cards, and Lego to keep the kids entertained. Five stars all the way. We honestly can not fault the property and would highly recommend it to anyone.
