As you approach Tree Tops, you'll be captivated by its charming two-story design.

Inside:
Entering the house, you'll find yourself on the first floor, where a well-equipped kitchen awaits your cooking adventures. The open-plan dining and lounge room provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere, complete with a cozy fireplace for those chilly evenings. On this floor, you'll also discover three comfortable bedrooms, ensuring a restful night's sleep for everyone. A conveniently located bathroom and a sunroom further enhance your stay.

Upstairs, a second lounge room beckons with its collection of board games and plush bean bag chairs, creating a perfect space for entertainment and relaxation. An additional bathroom is available on this floor, along with a fourth bedroom. To keep you comfortable during your stay, air conditioning is provided at the property.

Outside:
The house boasts a "pool room" in the backyard, where you can relax and unwind while enjoying the stereo system and challenging your friends to a game of pool.

Location
Tree Tops boasts an excellent location, with a local café and the stunning Swan Lake in close proximity. For those who enjoy water activities, a short drive will take you to the boat ramp and multiple beautiful beaches. If you're in the mood for some shopping or dining, the bustling town centre of Sussex Inlet is just a 10-minute drive away.

Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.
