Continuing your journey, you'll find a second lounge room and a spacious dining area, creating a harmonious space where you can gather with loved ones for meals, games, or engaging conversations.

The outdoor area of "Waterfront on Plover" is truly a haven for relaxation and entertainment. Revel in the stunning views as you relax on the comfortable outdoor furniture, basking in the gentle sea breeze. Fire up the barbecue and savor delicious meals while surrounded by the natural beauty of Sussex Inlet.

For those who enjoy water activities, this property is a dream come true. With its own private jetty, you have direct access to the shimmering waterways, allowing you to indulge in fishing, boating, or simply unwinding by the water's edge. Ample boat parking is available, ensuring convenience for those who bring their own watercraft.

Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.

It's been our third time in Sussex Inlet and I have to admit that it is the best house. It has absolutely everything to feel like home. I want to say THANK you to the owner for the great supply of basics and for attention to little details, like beautiful dinnerware and matching duvets. The house's clean and comfortable. Also I want to say THANKS to LJ Hooker for allowing us to stay in this beautiful house. The only little thing I would recommend to change is the toilet in the laundry.

We really enjoyed our stay, it was clean, fairly new, spacious and great location. My kids enjoyed feeding the ducks everyday.

House was beautiful inside. A very relaxing holiday sitting on the jetty. The only thing missing was a nicer outdoor area but it wasn't a deterent from having an awesome weekend.
